Terms of Service

By accessing your photo gallery provided by Tracy M Thomas Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access & Availability

• Your online gallery will be available for 2 months from the date of delivery.

• After this time, the gallery will expire and may be permanently deleted.

• It is your responsibility to download and back up your images before the gallery expires.

2. Downloads & Delivery

• High-resolution digital downloads are included with your session (unless otherwise specified).

• Web-sized images (for sharing online) may also be provided.

• Files are delivered in JPEG format. RAW or unedited files are not included or available.

3. Personal Use License

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only.

• You may:

  • Download and save images

  • Print for personal use (home, gifts, albums)

  • Share on social media with credit to the photographer (e.g., "Photo by @tracy.m.thomas")

• You may not:

  • Sell, license, or profit from the images in any way

  • Alter, edit, or apply filters that distort the original image

  • Use images for business, advertising, or commercial purposes without written permission

4. Print Orders

• You may order prints directly through your gallery.

• I highly recommend printing through the gallery or a trusted professional lab to ensure color accuracy and quality.

• I’m not responsible for poor-quality prints from third-party or budget labs.

5. Image Privacy

• Your gallery may be:

  • Private (accessible only with a direct link and/or password)

  • Public (featured in my portfolio, blog, or social media)

• Let me know in advance if you wish to keep your gallery entirely private or if there are specific images you’d prefer not to share publicly.

6. Technical Support

• If you experience issues accessing or downloading your images, please contact me at tracy.m.thomas.photography@gmail.com. I’m happy to help!

7. Gallery Expiration & Storage

• Once the gallery expires, I may archive your images for up to 1 year, but this is not guaranteed.

• Re-uploading galleries after expiration may incur a reactivation or archival fee.

8. Modifications

Tracy M Thomas Photography reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be reflected in the most current version posted.
